Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We're here to help you find another convenient time for your appointment.
We try our best to accommodate everyone's schedules, but if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us manage our time and serve other clients better.
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you might be running late. If you're more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we'll need to reschedule to ensure we have enough time to provide the best service possible. There will be a $10 fee, but we will be happy to help you find a new time that works for you.
If you do not confirm your appointment, we will reach out to you that morning to ensure you are coming. Our online booking site cancels appointments two hours before your appointment time if you do not confirm. You will also be charged the cancellation fee.
If you no-show an appointment, you will be charged the no-show fee. It doesn’t matter if you do confirm your appointment or not. If you miss your appointment, you are responsible for paying the fee.
We love seeing our regular clients! To keep things running smoothly for everyone, if you need to cancel two recurring appointments in a row, we'll need to pause future appointments. We'll always do our best to find a new time that works for you.
We will fix your first nail break for free. After this, we charge $5 per nail break and require a 15 min time slot to get the nail fixed.
To make booking as easy as possible, we do ask for a credit card on file to hold your appointment. Don't worry, you'll only be charged for the services you receive, or for late cancellations. Feel free to use a different payment method at the time of your visit if you prefer.
